    Aliya never ceases to amaze me with her knowledge of Yoga. I am also proud to know someone like her, someone who gives more to her community it’s then anyone I’ve ever known. The more in need you are of spiritual awareness, healthy body and downright needing a friend...she’s the yogi for you. Come in one time and you’ll be hooked. Seated Yoga is a great class to start with if you’re uncertain of what to expect. Also on Wednesday nights...Candlelight Yoga. Ahhh! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
